Help someone else grow their business

Become a Mentor

If you had help when you started your business, now is a great time to pay it forward.

Mentor reigate

What piece of advice would you give someone to help transform their business today?

What nugget of information could you share with a local business owner who’s facing similar challenges that you overcame as you grew your business?

You have extensive knowledge and experience that could make a real difference to the success of your fellow local business owners.

How great would it feel if you could pass that on, in a way that’s easy and fulfilling?

This is exactly what rbinspire is here to do.

We match experienced business owners like you with local business owners who are seeking answers to their challenges, big or small.

Each month between 5pm – 8pm at the Reigate & Banstead Town, we facilitate 20 minute mentor – mentee meetings, matching the topic that the mentee has a question about with a mentor who can share advice or simply be a sounding board in that area.

We anticipate you will meet several mentees during the evening and in between you have the opportunity to network with your fellow local business owners.

This is intended to be bite sized mentoring. Of course, if you wish to take the conversation further outside of these meetings, that’s entirely up to you.

If you’re ready to give something back to your local business community and can commit to a few hours each month, this is the perfect opportunity.

Your next step is to register your interest in becoming mentor. Tell us a bit about yourself and your area of expertise, and we will get in touch.

How can you get involved?

We are looking to recruit people from the local business community who are able to dedicate around 3 hours each month to mentor local business owners. You will be provided with guidance on being a mentor and all that’s required of you is your time and talents!
