How can we help?
rbinspire.net works with volunteer mentors from the local business community, linking them with small businesses that request mentoring support. The success of any business mentoring programme hinges on finding the right fit between mentee and mentor. We find that the best results are usually achieved when the mentor and mentee like and respect each other and where the personal chemistry is right.

About rbinspire
rbinspire.net was set up in response to an identified local business need. Reigate is home to a vibrant small business community but many of our local businesses struggle to grow to the next level. The path to growth is often quite a challenging and lonely one for many business owners, but with a bit of support, the journey can be a lot less bumpy.
The idea for a local network of mentors was first discussed by members of the Reigate Business Guild who share a common interest in the success and vitality of the town and its local area. Many of our successful local businesses have, themselves, benefited from the support of a business mentor along the way. And research shows that businesses do better long-term with a mentor.
We are fortunate that the local area is home to a highly skilled resident population, supportive small business community and leading international companies with many talented people keen to give back to their local community – the perfect ingredients for a local mentoring programme!
Now, more than ever, it is important for businesses to stick together and to share their expertise and experience.
