Niki works with leaders of small businesses who understand the importance of a highly motivated, engaged, effective and happy team but don’t have the time or specific expertise to deliver this.

Niki has two stages to her career:  BC (before children) working in senior client service roles in marketing agencies developing a range of marketing campaigns for a number of blue-chip brands – from Birds Eye to Heineken, Disney to BT, Shell to Unilever. Through this experience she gained expertise in the following: marketing, branding, strategy, creative, business development, client development, relationship management and people management skills.

For the last 13 years Niki has continued her journey working with agencies initially in house as an HR Director (or People Director). For the last 7 years Niki has run her own HR consultancy working with agencies and start-ups as their outsourced HR Director. Because she started her career in a business role, her take on HR and people stuff is slightly different. It’s flexible, adaptable, and fit for purpose. It looks at how you manage people to support your product and profitability recognising that all three are essential to business success.

Niki is also involved at board level with two family businesses, one (coincidentally) a HR consultancy run by her Dad and a property management company and is part of the Remco team for a Marketing Services group.
