About Heike

Heike founded the Good Consulting Company in 2023, aiming to make a difference for Neurodivergent (ND) individuals in society by offering ADHD/ND coaching, training, public speaking, ND workshops, and audits for individuals and businesses. Heike himself is Neurodivergent, with the classic labels of Autism, ADHD, and Dyslexia; therefore, as a coach and facilitator, he understands how you think and how you feel.

His clients have described Heike as a person who understands, listens, is easy to approach, and makes you feel safe. He has a unique way of making people comfortable around him and talking about the struggles they face that they normally do not share.
